PROBLEM:
Damaged or exposed PCB traces can lead to corrosion, short circuits, and unreliable electronic repairs after soldering or component replacement.
SOLUTION:
The MECHANIC UV Curing Solder Mask is applied over repaired PCB areas and cured using UV light to create a durable insulating protective layer that restores the board's solder mask.
FEATURES:
BENEFITS:
COMPATIBILITY:
Suitable for PCB, BGA, motherboard, console, controller, and other electronic circuit board repairs.
INSTALLATION NOTE:
Apply a thin layer to the repaired PCB area, remove excess material if necessary, and cure fully using a compatible UV light before reassembly.
Repair the peeling or partial damage of the solder mask on computer and mobile phone PCB circuit boards.
Insulates printed circuit board against shorting and arcing.
Color: Green
Syringe Length: Approx. 10 cm
Material: Paint
Capacity: 10 ml
* Note that if you are using a 395nm UV light to cure this product , you must apply a VERY THIN layer of mask , and then cure . A 395nm UV light will not cure a thicker layer properly - A 365nm UV light is the prefered recommended UV Lamp
Usage:
Apply a VERY thin layer of paint - A small amount spreads far- Do not over apply
To Cure , exposure to ultraviolet light (or sunlight) for a few minutes.
Tip - A warm PCB ( 120 C ) helps with the curing . Best results are achieved with a combination of Simultaneous hot air ( 300C for a few seconds ) and UV light
Wash off excess paint with a Q-tip and alcohol
