Elder Flower (Sambucus nigra) prevents the replication of all three strains of Influenza viruses, due to the lectin content of Elderberry, which inhibits the Viral Neuraminidase enzyme, thereby inhibiting the ability of Influenza viruses to enter cells and replicate. Elderberry supports the mucous membranes in the common cold, hay fever, acute and chronic sinusitis and bronchitis.

Daily Maintenance Dosage:
¿ Children 1-3 yrs: 5ml once daily with breakfast.
¿ Children 4-12 yrs: 10ml once daily with breakfast.

Short Term Boosting Dosage During Infections:
¿ Children 1-3 yrs: 5ml, 3 times daily with meals.
¿ Children 4-12 yrs: 10ml, 3 times daily with meals.

Use the Short Term Boosting Dosage at the start of infection and continue for 1 week after it has cleared and then resume the Daily Maintenance Dosage.
