Lepidolite is one of my favourite stones of all time one of the first ones I offer to new customers who come to me saying their heart is heavy, mood is low, or high levels of stress are preventing them from getting restful sleep. Working with this shimmery, lavender gem brings peace, relaxation, and helps ease you into overall flow.

It's a fascinating story to tell you. Lepidolite is micanized lithium, and our Native American ancestors have long used this natural form as medicine. It's a mineral formed from many thousands of micro-layers of mica which, as you rub it, actually sheds lithium mica particles onto your skin. It's completely safe I always tell people, you can't overdose on this.

 Lepidolite dissipates negative energy and aids in physical and emotional being in so many ways. It supports peaceful sleep, promotes rest, and elevates mood. It also regulates emotions.
