Original blue boards; front board with swastika emblem the gilt of which is dulled as is the gilt spine titling. Board corners are bruised.

The head of the spine band has been pulled and softened.

The front end-paper has a name scribbled out and a remaining date 1939. Frontispiece portrait of Adolf Hitler.

Heavy foxing at the title page and the final eight pages. Light age tanning to the pages throughout. Paperblock edges are tanned with foxing showing predominantly on the top and lower edges.
