Step 1 - Mixing the solution
Remove the cap of the Melanotan 2 bottle. Draw 3 ml of Sterile water (which is  3 full syringes) and inject it into the melanotan powder. For best solution when depressing the water depress it of the side of the vial so it runs into the solution slowly. Leave the mixture to settle for a few minutes without shaking.
Your solution is now ready for use and should be kept in a fridge whilst storing.

Step 2 - Administering the solution
Administering Melanotan 2 is a very easy and painless operation and is best performed just before you go to bed to minimize any side effects that may occur (tiredness). Open a new syringe and pull the plunger back to number 10 on the syringe. Then take the solution from the fridge and insert the syringe into the rubber top and push the plunger to empty the air, then repeat (this will make drawing the solution out easier). Turn the vial upside down and pull the plunger until the solution reads 0.1ml or 10 units on the syringe(for the first 2-3 days use .05ml so your body adapts), ensureing the tip of the needle stays in the solution. Then flick to remove any air that me be in the syringe. Now find the fleshiest area of your stomach and then clean with an acohol wipe. Now place the index finger and thumb about 2 inches apart on the cleaned area of skin and simply pinch. Take the syringe in your other hand, holding it like a pen 90 degrees to your skin, needle side down. Now insert the needle with a swift motion until it is fully under the skin. Gently depress the plunger until all the solution has gone from the syringe and carefully remove it from your skin. Next gently hold the alcohol wipe on the injected area for 1 minute.
You have now administered your first dose of MT2. One vial of MT2 will give you 30 injections.

Dosage
Whilst you are going through the 'loading phase' we recommend you inject 0.1ml of Melanotan 2 every other day until the vial is empty. Under normal circumstances one vial of Melanotan 2 will get you your perfect tan. Some people, however, do take longer so you may need to use another vial during this process. Once you have reached the desired colour you are happy with, you only need to inject 0.1ml of Melanotan 2 once a week. To keep Tan Longer. trong healthy tan
