1. In order to keep our price competitive, all shipping is Registered Airmail.
2. These items are shipped from our suppliers abroad, therefore your package may be inspected at customs.
3. We cannot be held responsible for extra charges.
4. Shipping takes 35 to 60 business days and could be delayed due to circumstances out of our control.
5. Expedited Shipping is also available on most products, please request a quote when ordering.
6. Please note that your delivery is GUARANTEED thus should you not receive your goods ordered within 60 business days of shipment that you will be shipped a replacement.
7. In case of a refund, only the actual amount that was paid for the item will be refunded.
8. Once the order is completed and processed it can't be cancelled.
9. All items won on bid must be checked out and paid for within 7 days or the order will be canceled and the item relisted.

11. If you change the shipping charges, the order will be regarded as cancelled and will not be processed.
