Chakras represent the seven main energy centres of the body. Starting at the base of the spine and extending towards the crown of the head, these are spirals of energy like wheels throughout the body. The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘spinning wheel.’ If the chakras are not balanced, it affects our physical and mental health. Balanced chakras ensure that energy flows unhindered from the higher to lower levels so that the state of prosperity, success and happiness can be reached. Chakra balancing is required for spiritual advancement and also to maintain physical and mental health. 

This men's bracelet contains stones that represent the 7 major Chakras, namely red jasper, carnelian, yellow calcite, rose quartz, turquoise, lapis lazuli and amethyst.

The stones separating the 7 major Chakras are haematite, giving it a very masculine look!

The bracelet's length is approximately 20.3 cm.

We will gladly alter the size if you so require.
