Place one palm on the hand pad (and under the strap) and wrap the back pad around your middle back. Then strap your other hand onto the hand pad.Now assume a pushup position with your arms straight.Your body should form a straight line head to heels and the band should be taut.Use one band to start, and as your fitness level increases you can add a band for a heavier resistance workout.
Bend your elbows and lower your body as far as you can.
Pause, then push yourself back to the starting position. ThatÂ’s one repetition.
