Every 12* hours during your periods: remove, empty, rinse/wipe and re-insert.

After your periods soak in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, dry and store.

How to use the cup:

1)     Wash with soap and water and sterilize with boiling water before first use.

2)     Insert the folded cup into your vagina, tilting it back to the base of your spine.

3)     Just like with the first use of a tampon, after 1 or 2 trials you will get used to it.

4)     After 12 hours or less, remove, empty, rinse/wipe and re-insert.

5)     Remove by pinching the base of the cone and pull the cup down.

6)     After your monthly cycle, rinse, sterilize with boiling water for 5 minutes, dry and store
