If you however follow the market trends for this particular type of vehicle you will learn that they trade and retail for between ten and twenty thousand rand above the book values. A good example with mileage between a hundred- and hundred-fifty thousand kilometers will sell for between ninety thousand and one hundred thousand rand. My vehicle is pristine with not a cent to spend - Only the mileage that is a drawback - hence the decent price. Also note that the industry only refer to the "book values" as a rough estimate these days. Market trends play a far more important role.
