We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.

The system delivers combined AC1300 dual-band speeds of up to 1,300 Mbps (867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 400 Mbps on 2.4 GHz), supporting over 100 connected devices simultaneously. This 3-pack provides Wi-Fi coverage for areas up to 260 square metres. Additional features include a self-healing network that automatically reroutes data if a unit has an issue, parental controls, and Quality of Service (QoS) for prioritising devices. Setup is managed through the Mercusys mobile application. Each Halo unit is equipped with two 10/100 Mbps ports for wired connections.
