Warranty - New camera packages
New items are sold with a 12 month USA warranty. In the unlikely event of a malfunction that leads to warranty repairs, the camera will have to be returned to Coza1Digital CC who shall then have it inspected at a professional repair facility, and pending the outcome decide to have it repaired locally at such professional facility or returned to the USA for repair or replacement at their cost.
36 Month world wide warranty
A 36 month worldwide warranty is also available at extra cost and can be selected during confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event of a malfunction that leads to warranty repairs, this will allow you to take it to any Nikon Or Canon dealer (according to the make), as well as allows you to get a once a year cleaning on the camera.

Coza1Digital Guarantee
All used items sold by Coza1Digital CC are tested before being listed, and is guaranteed to function correctly for at least 30 days after receipt. Any reasonable claim for a malfunction that occurs more than 30 (Thirty) days after receipt of the item will be judged on merit.
Transfer of risk
Coza1Digital remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify Coza1Digital. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
Payment
Payment is to be made within 48 hours after confirmation of your order as the price could depend on the R/$ exchange rate. Late payment can lead to your order being cancelled if the price has altered substantially. Payment can be made by direct electronic transfer, cheque or cash deposit, and by credit card through http://www.paypal.com

Delivery
Delivery cost for the whole of Africa is R30.00 plus 3% of the value of your purchase. Delivery is 15 to 25 business days from the date your payment has been cleared. Please note we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by bad weather or customs. A tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the item has been sent.
