Michihilli Cabbage is crisp, tender and sweet with a spicy flavour. It has been cultivated in Asia for thousands of years.

Michihili Cabbages has thick green leaves that are creamy white on the inside, it grows cylindrical and grows well in warmer weather.

It is very quick to mature, between 70- 75 days after sowing. Direct sow your Michihili Cabbage Seeds as they do not enjoy being transplanted, you can, but not seedlings will make it.

It has a lot of medicinal purposes as well, it helps regulate blood pressure, fighting anemia and fatique, improves skin healt, immune boosting, antibacterial effects, a source of antioxidants to keep radicals out of your blood.

Michihili Cabbage is also known as Napa Cabbage or Pe Tsai.
