• Item must be unused and in original packaging,
• Advise of intention to return within 7 days of carrier-recorded date received,
• Return within 14 days for refund,
• Shipping costs are not included and onus of buyer,
• No refund on items without trackeable shipping option.

• Parcels will be shipped on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS ONLY - no exceptions.

• SHIPPIING FEES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE and includes packaging and handling costs PLUS a minimal added averaged cost of transporting the parcel to the closest shipping provider and which forms part of the total shipment fee.
