To get the lowest prices for the customer the products are ordered from an overseas supplier and shipped with ordinary airmail which I offer for free (if you want a tracking no. add R12.75)
If I had to use express delivery or courier service you would pay
very high prices for delivery which would defeat the purpose.

Because of this, delivery times CAN VARY. The delivery times shown in the ads are ESTIMATED and delays can occur!

Also, delivery times start from the time the parcel gets sent from the supplier NOT from the time your order was placed on bidorbuy or payment was made!

I am not responsible for customs tariffs or taxes (if any). Customs randomly check and sometimes tax parcels coming into the country. If customs require an invoice I will fax one to them. Most parcels pass through without problems because they are small items.
