MOSFET Driver Dual, Low Side Non-Inverting, 4.5V-18V supply, 1.5A peak out, 7Ohm output, SOIC-8Product OverviewThe TC4427ACOA is a Buffer/Driver IC, it will not latch up under any conditionswithin their power and voltage ratings. They are not subject to damage when upto 5V of noise spiking (of either polarity) occurs on the ground pin. They canaccept, without damage or logic upset, up to 500mA of reverse current (of eitherpolarity) being forced back into their outputs. All terminals are fullyprotected against up to 4kV of electrostatic discharge.
