Dual MOSFET IC, Low Side, 4.5V-18V Supply, 1.5A Out, 30ns Delay, DIP-8Product OverviewThe TC4427AEPA is a 1.5A dual non-inverting high-speed Power MOSFET Driver forpulse transformer drive. The TC4427A device has matched leading and falling edgepropagation delay times. The device is highly latch-up resistant under anyconditions within their power and voltage ratings. It is not subject to damagewhen up to 5V of noise spiking (of either polarity) occurs on the ground pin. Itcan accept, without damage or logic upset, up to 500mA of reverse current (ofeither polarity) being forced back into their outputs. All terminals are fullyprotected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) up to 2kV. The TC4427A MOSFETdriver can easily charge/discharge 1000pF gate capacitances in under 30ns.
