What's included:

• 4 X 50gsm Lentil seeds

How to use:

1. Sterilise your bag, by placing it in boiling water for 5 minutes - then hang it up to dry.
2. Soak the seeds for 8-12 hours overnight. Rinse seeds well after soaking then place them into the sprout bag.
3. Dip the whole bag into a bowl of water for about 30 seconds then hang it on a hook for the water to run off.
4. If you have no hook near your sink then let it drain on your dish rack. Rinse seeds twice a day morning and evening.
5. After 3-5 days you are ready to harvest.

 About the sprouting bag:

1. Our sprout bag drains completely within 5 minutes after dipping the bag in water.
2. Water does not collect in the bag.
3. The bag remains moist, but not wet.

How to wash your sprouting bag:

1. Turn the bag inside out. Remove shells/seeds.
2. Wash the entire bag by hand in warm tap water.
3. Do not use soap as it removes all natural oils from the hessian fibers.
4. If the bag smells sour or shows a little mould then sterilise it again by leaving it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
5. Hang up and dry.
