This slicer features a straight edge blade which cuts from thick to thin with a selection of 3 settings with an easily adjustable knob. Simply choose between a thickness of 0.08cm, 0.16cm or 0.32cm. The handle of the slicer has a soft touch which provides a firm grip alongside a rubber foot to keep it firmly in place when in use.
