We believe in only the highest quality, legally-licensed software. You are provided with a full activation code (a.k.a license key), to activate and validate your installation. Your license came directly from Microsoft (through the digital software distribution website, Microsoft Store) and we will provide you with the download and an installation disk posted to you. This allows you to have the install media available for backup and installation (should you not be able to download).
Some Useful Information
We are located fairly far from the nearest Post Office, and it is therefore hard to ship orders out daily. We will therefore ship orders out every week, and provide a tracking number as soon as it becomes available. If you do have an urgent order, please add a note to your order (you'll be able to do that during the check-out process), click on the "Ask a question"-button or pop us an email and we will try our best to expedite your order.
Shipping is charged at R40, for standard Post Office shipping. This comes with full track and trace (with tracking number) to allow you to trace your order through the postal network. We also insure all orders, at our expense against loss/damage during transit.
We would like to make the online shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible for you, and therefore accept payment via:

All that we ask is that you please make payment within 48 hours from placing your order. If you need extra time, please "Ask a Question" before placing your order so that we can approve.
We value custormer service, and should you not be entirely happy with your order, we will replace or refund the order - at your discretion - for a period of 30 days from the order date. This refund will include shipping paid. We will also refund cancellations due to buyer's regret, but we ask that you please be sure you want the item before ordering. It does cost us each time an order is cancelled.
If you are not 100% happy with our service, please give us a shout. You can do this via telephone or email - we prefer email - and we will gladly do anything in our power to resolve your concerns. Please however, do not issue a negative rating without first contacting us.
