Your account can now be renewed annually if you have a @365online.co.za account with us.  You can therefore keep your generic account or custom account.

You will be provided with a generic account on our domain (@365online.co.za).  Should you prefer to select your own username e.g. John@365online.co.za, you can do so for R60 more and this can take up to 24 hours to be done.  Also note that should your exact username you want not be available, we will assign the closest option to that e.g. John50@365online.co.za.  You can now also renew your account for another year after expiry.

Ordering process:

During checkout you will select if you would like a generic account name or would prefer a custom username on our domain.  Should you select a custom username please send us a message after paying for the order with your top 3 choices.  If you are renewing your account, please send us a message with your current username on our domain.  Renewals can take up to 24 hours to activate.  

- These accounts are made to order, not pre-made names or anything, no cracked accounts or licenses. Everything is custom to you, besides the domain. (@365online.co.za)

- When buying these accounts you are buying a user on my own 365 Enterprise/Business subscription. You do not own these accounts, but are buying a service from me.

• A: Yes, you will receive an account where desktop applications can be downloaded.

• Q: Are these licenses legitimate? 

• A: Yes, the licenses are legitimate and authentic.

• Q: Can I seek Microsoft customer care help if needed in future? 

• A: Yes, you can get support directly from Microsoft. 

• Q: Which operating system does it support? 

• A: Licenses work on both x86 (32bit) and x64 (64bit) versions of Windows 10 or Later and also Mac Os X Yosemite or Later.

• Q: Can I use this with Android and iPhones or iPads?

• A: Yes download the relevant apps from the app store and login in with the provided account to activate on your device.

• Q: Can I renew or upgrade my current Office 365 Subscription?

• A: No, we provide a new account with a new license, it cannot be used to renew or upgrade or current subscription.  Only when you have bought an account from us on our domain (@365online.co.za) you will be able to renew it annually directly through us.

• Q: I have an older version of office already installed on my device, what should I do?

• A: We recommend removing this before installing any applications from the account.

This software is multi-language, you can choose your language while installing.

You'll receive the details of your new Microsoft Online account together with very simple instructions on how to download, install & register/activate your software from Microsoft's Website.

This is a fully legal legitimate software. You can update as normal.

After payment you will receive via email:

- Login details for a new Office 365 account.
- This cannot be used to renew an existing subscription unless it is an account you bought from us on our (@365online.co.za) domain.  Then you will be able to renew annually directly through us.

- We will send you a username and password for your new account with instructions on how to install.
