Ordering process:
During checkout you will select if you would like a generic account name or would prefer a custom username on our domain. Should you select a custom username please send us a message after paying for the order with your top 3 choices. For custom accounts we will provide you with a custom username and update your display name. No other details will be added. If you are renewing your account, please send us a message with your current username on our domain. Renewals can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Renewals are only for accounts on our @365online.co.za domain.
