Postage is always for the buyers account. Please note this also applies to unclaimed parcels that need to be resent, or parcels that are sent back from buyer to seller.
Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond our control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Please note that we do not accept returns and will not give refunds based on buyer’s remorse.
We only do exchange for the items which are damaged but please contact us with a photo confirming proof of damage within 24 hours of receipt. All exchanges must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt your items. The return and delivery cost will be for Buyer’s account.
