You will need to separately purchase Power BI per user license for users who publish content or use collaboration features. Eligible for autoscale add-on via Azure subscription
Important Notifications:
•This license is valid for the period of 12 months.
• A 24-hour provisioning window applies during normal working office hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
• Once the provisioning is complete you will need to login to your Microsoft account and allocate the license to the relevant user.

Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note that according to the Consumer Protection Act and its relevant regulations, all purchases pertaining to digital content provided via intangible form and/or on-line services are final and non-refundable when such content or service has been provided online.
Returns
1. Faulty or Malfunctioning Items:
- Returns within 30 Days: If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, FirstShop will provide support in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. All return costs will be borne by FirstShop.
- Returns after 30 Days: For faults occurring beyond 30 days of purchase, support will be provided according to the manufacturer's policy, with return costs borne by the consumer.
2. Incorrectly Purchased or Delivered Items:
- Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Items (within 7 Days): Items that are incorrectly ordered, unwanted, or not as expected may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are sealed and unused. A courier fee and a 15% handling fee will apply.
- Incorrectly Delivered Items (within 7 Days): Incorrectly delivered items can be returned within 7 days of purchase at no cost to you. For the fastest service, check the goods upon delivery and reject any incorrect items, and we will resend the correct goods.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or downloaded software
- Perishable items like batteries
- Custom-configured or built-to-order products
