Microsoft  Surface 1631 Pro 3 silver 128GB for spares

The unit switches on but it hangs on the surface logo, sometimes it continues to windows after a very long time 

The covers are badly damaged even the balancing stand is broken ( see attached pictures )

TECHNICIANS SAY THE UNIT NEEDS TO BE REBOOTED ( THATS INSTALLING NEW OPERATING SYSTEM)

It hangs and be come very very slow because it doesn't have enough space to breath.

The charger works but it have got a join next to the adapter.

SOLD AS IS FOR SPARES AND AS NOT WORKING
