Parcels are sent with a tracking no - once it has entered SAPO’s tracking system my liability towards the safe transit of the package is over. I do not give refunds on items that have gone astray, been damaged in transit or been tampered with, any further issues with SAPO are responsibility of the buyer.
Charges
Ordinary Parcel: R25.00 for 1st kg plus R4 per extra kg or part thereof
