Mid century copper lamp

Mid century brass / copper / bronze Art Deco lamp. Looks copper to me, might just be a patina. I have not cleaned it with any chemicals, I just wiped it down with a damp cloth. Stands on 3 feet. 1.26m high. I believe it is a lamp, but it is missing the bulb attachment part at the top. You will also need to thread a new cord through. It has some rust at the bottom, see images. The patterned parts at the top and bottom are made of some sort of hollow cement fibre material. It has some wear on this material.
