BEP - BOKSBURG EAST POTTERIES SWAN VASE

A sunny yellow swan vase from BEP, a division of the SOUTH AFRICAN GLAZING COMPANY, who were responsible for the the very popular LUCIA WARE, that operated between 1946 and sometime in the 1960's. The vase is unusual in the  four grips that were added inside to hold a wire frog in place. Marked underglaze as BEP and a number 103. Superb condition. L 26 x W 8 X H 7 cm.
