Offered for sale is a stylish hand blown cased glass decanter medium sized most likely by Holmegaard Denmark from the Carnaby range designed by Per Lutken but possibly by Kastrup or Elme . The decanter has a distinctive hooped profile with a narrow cylindrical neck slightly flared at the aperture and a round globular stopper. The interior of the decanter is cased in clear opaque white glass. The body of the decanter is blue in shades graduating from a dark cobalt blue to a pale powder blue. The stopper and base are in the darkest shades of blue forming at attractive balance to the design. The piece is in excellent condition.
