  In the lush tropical setting of South Africas KwaZulu Natal South Coast is a unique private Estate called Caribbean Estates, bordered by the Indian Ocean on the East and the Umtamvuna River on the South.

Caribbean Estates is an established development with magnificent three, four or six bedroom villas. The villas are exquisitely furnished and equipped and is for many, a home away from home.

Facilities on the Estate include a beautiful swimming pool complex next to the Montego Bay circle with 2 additional pools on the Estate which you will find in Antigua & Tortuga. The tennis courts in Tortuga and the small playground located at Montego Bay pool has a 9-hole Mini Golf course that is great for those sunny days not spent on the beach.

Located behind the Tennis Courts, we have the Jolly Belly Convenience store. They offer a range of meals, cold drinks and all those forgotten extras. A recently opened Entertainment area with a Pool Table, Table Tennis table, Juke Box and kiddies rides will make any rainy day just a bit more bearable. Various board games are also available for hire.

Bring your own boat or take advantage of the boats, jet skis and other equipment at The Riverside (Wild Coast Sun) or Water World operating from the Old Pont nearby.

Direct access to the unspoilt beach and the grand Umtamvuna River is via scenic walkways through the beautiful conservation area, where a huge variety of birdlife can be seen. The patient observer may even come across small buck species and Samango monkeys.
