On offer is a Midwinter tomato and lettuce dish measuring 230mm x 195mm x 45mm high. The backstamp dates it to the 1940's and 1950's.
The backstamp in itself is interesting. There is an overprint of two different stamps. One has a crown and "Perselon" (I can find no association between Perselon and Midwinter) in gold and a maroon stamp that merely says "Midwinter England". I find it interesting. If you have any info in this regard I would be appreciative.
I find no chips, cracks, crazing or staining. Pattern wear and cutlery wear is very very low.
Have a look at the gallery and the info sheet and then place your bid!
