How to use:

1. Dismantle the bottle cover or shower head,install the tube to hose.
2. Adjust the water temperature to 36-42 degree.
3. Adjust water flow to about 25-30cm height.
4. Insert and clean.

Precautions:

1. Water temperature can be too high or too cold.
2. Spray height can't be to low or strong.
3. Don't insert forcibly,otherwise would lead to insert difficult or intestinal hurt.
4. Don't use it for extended time.
