MikroTik's RB-GESP is Gigabit Ethernet Surge Protector with a ground wire that supports 802.3af/at PoE and can be used to protect networks from lighting or surge damages. The unit comes with an outdoor enclosure and grounding cable. The maximum suggested cable length is 40 meters. It is recommended to use an RBGESP at each end of the connection for improved protection.
