MikroTik's RB-GPEN21 is a smart media converter with PoE pass-through running SwOS. It provides a range of useful software features such as Interface management and monitoring, GPEN link fault detection, VLAN support, SNMP reporting and Basic traffic shaping. This unit has 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports as well as an SFP port for fibre connectivity.
