Milk kefir is a great way to ensure good health. It is important for digestion, nutrition update as well and your skin, hair and nails.
These are live grains which means you can start fermenting right away when you receive your grains. As soon as they arrive, strain them through a plastic strainer with mineral water (as tap water with chlorine will kill the grains) and place in glass or plastic container covered with muslin cloth and rubber band. Depending on the weather, it ferments 500ml milk in 24 hours. Rinse again with mineral water after straining off your milk, and repeat the process. If you are going away, place the grains in enough milk in the fridge (Cold temperatures slows down fermentation)
