Milk Kefir Grains

This pack includes a small container with live Kefir Grains in milk.
Simply drop your grains into 2 litres of milk and allow to stand lightly covered for 24 hours for Kefir milk to develop. Alternatively, you can do a second fermentation without the grains and after straining (further 24hours) and make Kefir yoghurt. The milk resembles buttermilk and the yoghurt tastes like plain yoghurt. Nuts, peanut butter, vanilla extract and non acidic fruits may also be added.
