THE MINE SPECIMEN IS CONGLOMERATE REEF, WHICH WAS MINED EXTENSIVELY FOR IT'S GOLD CONTENT ON THE WITWATERSRAND. THIS SPECIFIC SAMPLE MAY CONTAIN A  MICROSCOPIC  QUANTITY OF GOLD. ONE WOULD PROBABLY NEED ABOUT 3 TONS', OR ABOUT (1.5 CUBIC') METERS OF ROCK TO EXTRACT 10 grams OF GOLD. THE SAMPLE HAS ONLY HISTORICAL VALUE.
