Pros:
Very small, so you can take it everywhere, even in you pocket.
Telescopic tripod legs, very useful, because you can use it on uneven surfaces such as rocks or something else.
mount head is very flexible (don't now how to say :D) and you can attach it in any degree.
Rubber mounting pad is very good, because you don't scratch you camera.
You can offset weight by telescopic legs it is almost best pro.
