  • Please remember should you ever be unhappy with our service or products, please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative rating. I will always do my utmost to resolve all problems.
  • Please take advantage of our combined shipping offer, by Courier only, where additional items up to a maximum of 10 are added free of charge.  Should you order more than 10 items, please multiply the Courier fee for each 10 items ordered; and manually change the Shipping Fee.  If you are unsure of the charge, please contact me first.
  • Unfortunately as SAPO charges by weight, I cannot offer this for Postal Services, therefore there are additional shipping fees per extra item.
  • Orders over R800 are shipped FREE of charge.
  • Payments must please be made within 5 days after completing your order.  (2 days for Auctions). Should I not hear from you I will send you a friendly reminder. However if I have not heard from you, 7 days after your purchase, a Sale Not Complete will be filed thereafter.
  • Postage rates are standard according to weight range and also include packaging material such as bubble wrap, envelopes, travel etc..
  • Courier Fees are averaged. Depending on which area you live in, I will use the most suitable Courier to deliver your parcel, as some Couriers do not deliver to some areas.
  • Please remember: Sellers are charged listing fees for Auctions and Advertising; and incur many hidden expenses such as commission for every “sale” completed if we receive your payment or not. Some of these costs cannot be recovered in the event that a buyer reneges on a sale - so please, ONLY BID or BUY if you have every intention of fulfilling the sale.
