Application

Vertical milling machine with drilling function and low vibration cast frame for precise, low vibration milling and B of plastics, non-ferrous metals, steel.

The powerful DC motor with continuously variable power electronics has a wide speed range from 100 to 2500 rpm in 2 gear stages. Thus, both non-ferrous metals as well as steel up to stainless steel can be processed with sufficient torque.

The stable milling column, which can be swiveled +/- 45°, makes it easy to produce milling work and drill holes at an angle to the surface. All three traversing axes are guided in stable, adjustable dovetail guides. Travel in the Z-axis is maximized by the continuous dovetail guide. Thus, the drilling stroke is equal to the maximum travel distance of 180 mm and is not reduced by an additional drilling quill.

The X2 milling machine is ideal for precise drilling and milling in the field of model making, design, jewellery design and crafts.
