MINI POLLY POCKET SIZED HOUSES
This auction is for the pictured 3X MINI POLLY POCKET SIZED HOUSES - any decor and/or props are strictly decorative and NOT included in this auction.
Up for auction is a set of three MINI Polly Pocket houses: A Castle, a Fairy House and a School House. All of these houses can open-up to reveal a play-area inside. These items are in various condition - see pictures for condition of each item. No keys are included for the Castle or Fairy House. No furniture/accessories are included. All three items should therefore be considered as not being complete. The 'door' that opens up at the back of the School House are not fixed to the house anymore, but can still close. NOTE that these houses will fit the MINI Polly Pockets dolls and NOT the regular sized Polly's. Please see pictures of what is included in this auction. Items will only be mailed once full payment has been received and is reflected in my account. The winning price does NOT include postage or insurance - please see postage description for prices. BUYER is responsible for postage and insurance costs. Once your parcel leaves my hands (i.e. it is handed over to the Post Office/Postnet/Aramex), I will not be held accountable for them losing/misplacing your items, especially if insurance was not added. Should you have any substantiated problems with your item(s), PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING A RATING. If we cannot resolve any problems between the us, please return the item(s) in its original condition for a refund of the items within 7 days and will remain the buyer's responsibility. (POSTAGE COSTS WILL REGRETTABLY NOT BE REFUNDED.) No local pick-up or international bidders. Please note that I have no control over delays by the postage/courier system (especially during Public Holidays).
Last but not least: When placing a bid on any of my items, please keep in mind that, unless specified as NEW, these items are played-with items, previously loved by children and they probably will show playwear. I do try to describe any flaws to the best of my ability, but I am still human and I do unfortunately miss something from time to time.
