Miniature Dollhouse 1/12" scale large Dollhouse by Doll Emporium no longer made or available in SA

Large 6 rooms including open plan downstairs, and 4 full  rooms upstairs. Attic roof opens separately (upwards) to front which opens sideways.  All rooms are fitted with working lights (12 amp) and fully wired. The floors and carpets are laid. There are 2 staircases. The wallpaper is beautifully done.

The house is sold as is! There may be a  little maintenance to be done, but nothing huge. Fill it up and and it's ready to be shown off.
