This Minolta XD7 camera is in good condition and comes with two Minolta MD Rokkor lenses and a set of auto extension tubes.
Minolta XD7 SLR Body
The Minolta XD-7 is a 35mm electronically controlled SLR with choice between aperture preferred or shutter-speed preferred operation. It has an electromagnetic release shutter, full range of manually calibrated shutter speeds as well as automatic exposure control. In the viewfinder, there is a LED readout that displays shutter speed or f/stop which the camera will automatically program. It uses Silicon photo diode (SPD) photo sensor to provide full-aperture metering with a film-speed range from ASA 12 to ASA 3200.
The XD7 is can be powered by two 1.5V silver-oxide batteries (S-76, G-13, MS-76, or RS-76) which are house inside the battery compartment at bottom of the camera body.
The XD-7 is fitted with a Seiko MFC vertically traveling metal focal-plane shutter with electronic shutter-speed control at auto and manual settings with two mechanically controlled settings - bulb and 1/100 second. The shutter has a travel time of approx. 6.0 to 6.9ms measured across a 20mm distance. A mechanical self-timer mechanism is included.
The XD-7 accepts all the manual focus Minolta MD lenses.
This was Minolta’s best 35mm SLR camera, and last metal body design before switching to inferior plastic bodies.
Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm f1.4 prime lens
This lens was fitted as a standard lens to the XD7.
There is no evidence of any mould or scratches on the lens elements.
Focus and aperture ring are in perfect working order.
Some wear on the outer ring that filters attach to.
Minolta MD Rokkor 100mm f2.5 prime lens
This is the legendary Rokkor portrait lens.
An extremely good lens that is very highly rated and difficult to find.
There is no evidence of any mould or scratches on the lens elements.
Focus and aperture ring are in perfect working order.
This lens is in perfect condition.
Minolta Auto Extension tubes
A set of 3 Minolta (14mm, 21mm and 28mm) auto extension tubes in perfect condition.
