Minton "Summer Days" Duo

 A sweet and wispy contemporary tea duo by the great English porcelain manufacturers, Minton. The pattern is called “Summer Days” (very apt for December here!) and features butterflies and small flowers in gentle colours trailing around the cup and towards the edge of the saucer. The rims and edges are painted with a pale blue line. Both pieces are fluted and the cup is quite broad and open. The duo is in immaculate condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or other issues. It likely dates from the 1990s.

The cup measures about 9 cm across (excluding the handle) and 5.7 cm high. The saucer is about 14.5 cm across and 2.6 cm high.
