Misprint! GPC de Kock 2nd Issue R20.00 Note. Serial No. D1/79 483320. Condition F+ - as may be determined from photo below. This note is particularly unique in that most misprints generally reflect obvious printing errors relating to paper faults such as folds or printing jams in the blank sheets or serial numbers incorrectly printed. In this case an image of the reverse print consisting of the Coat of Arms and van Riebeeck's 3 ships is superimposed on the obverse. Also provides a false impression of the note being dirtier than it actually is. The only one I ever seen like it over my more than 35 years of collecting banknotes with my focus being on collecting and discovering misprints!
