We endeavour to despatch the item at your earliest convenience. The time frame indicated in the shipping method is an estimate. We will supply you a tracking number as soon as the item has been readied for courier collection. 

We offer a door to door shipping. All orders take between 1-3 days for processing and despatch. Delivery can take up to 10 days depending on product destination. 

We only ship in South Africa. 

Our 7 day return policy is in effect from the time of receipt and a tracking number must be supplied within 7 days to allow for return if items bought are not to your satisfaction. Client to cater for cost of shipping for return. We will process a refund on receipt of goods provided it is in original packaging. 

If any our items encounter a problem within 7 days please notify us within days of receiving item and we will assist you in the best possible way.
