Commercial-grade ice maker that produces solid square cube ice for bars, restaurants, cafes and home entertaining. The first batch of ice is ready in about 15 minutes, with 36 cubes per cycle and an output of up to 55 kg over 24 hours in standard mode.

Ice production and control
Each cycle produces 36 clear square cubes. Cube thickness can be adjusted manually, allowing thinner cubes for cocktails and cold drinks or thicker cubes for seafood display and longer-lasting chill. The unit pauses automatically when the storage bin is full and resumes once ice is removed.

Water supply and drainage
The unit connects directly to a standard household tap using the supplied inlet hose, so there is no water tank to refill. A built-in automatic drain outlet is fitted at the rear. The supplied drain pipe must be connected to this outlet during use.

Installation and dimensions
Measuring 67 cm wide by 41.5 cm deep by 38.5 cm high, the unit can stand freely on a countertop or be fitted beneath a bar or cabinet. A clearance of 5 cm is required on all sides for ventilation and heat dissipation.

Construction
The outer shell is rust-resistant stainless steel and the inner liner is food-grade PP with an insulated wall. The air-cooled condenser uses R290 refrigerant and maintains performance in high ambient temperatures.
