The electrics work, and it looks like it needs a simple service for a once-over and to tighten the belt before using to sew. 

Nothing appears broken, and machine turns easily.  Bobbin/shuttle etc is place, all covers etc are present and comes with some original bobbins.

The case has some borer beetle holes and some white paint flecks - it has however been professionally fumigated.
