Monarch Wind-up Clock

On offer this very unusual and lovely hanging MONARCH clock in a wooden and brass casing and with rope detail around the clock ending in a big brass attachment at the top for hanging. It has a lever at the back for winding. All clocks on offer are seen to by a reliable watchmaker and are either serviced or repaired prior to sale and this one is working 100%. It has a diameter of 23cm and the face has a diameter of 12cm, the length when hung is 51cm. The cover on the face in convex glass and is in excellent condition. The wood casing is painted in a dark maroony red and a spot here and there where the base wood is coming through, nothing that can't be sorted out with a bit of paint, though still lovely and eye-catching as is.
