Description

Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam direct and star in this comedy which also features John Cleese, Eric Idle, Graham Chapman and Michael Palin. As King Arthur (Chapman) travels across Britain in search of men to join his Knights of the Round Table, he is tasked by God (voice of Chapman) with finding the Holy Grail. During the ensuing quest Arthur and his knights must face all manner of strange perils including the Knights Who Say 'Ni'!, the Black Beast and the Keeper of the Bridge of Death.

Meanwhile, the police are investigating the murder of a modern-day historian who was making a documentary about Arthurian legends when he was killed...
